
In sensational news, David Coulthard will be driving an F1 car, Monaco-style through Belfast City centre.
Fresh from the Bahrain GP, the Scotsman will drive down Wellington Place in the current Red Bull F1 car, past City Hall. The event will take place at 8PM this Saturday starting at the Black Man statue in Wellington Place and will finish at the law courts.
Coulthard, a 16-year veteran of F1 said "I am delighted to have the opportunity to visit Belfast and bring Formula One a bit closer to the people of the city,"
He continued, "I know Belfast is renowned for its love of motorsports and I'm sure I'll get an amazing welcome as always."
Members of the public will be able to visit the Red Bull garage at the City Hall between mid-day and 4PM.
David Coulthard, now a BBC F1 presenter began his GP driving career at Williams following the death of Ayrton Senna in 1994. He moved to McLaren in 1996 and began a 10-year spell that made him the longest serving driver in the team's history.
After joining the Red Bull team in 2004 he went on to win team's first podium at Monaco in 2006.
